A bank statement, job offer letter, scholarship acceptance letter, or any other source of funds that will be used to pay rent.
As a non-US citizen, you most likely do not have an SSN, so we don't require it! Almost every other short term rental company will require you to submit an SSN.

We connect you to your potential roommates and prompt you to set up a call or meetup. Easily set up a virtual roommate introduction if you aren’t in town! Residents have the option to reject, and you have the option to decline before signing anything!

We value the safety of our residents, requiring intensive background checks for every resident. We require you submit your passport or VISA, and proof of funds. No SSN required. For most, only 1st month’s rent and a $400 security deposit is required upfront.

Read thoroughly through your lease. We value transparency, striving to be clear and concise in our leases. We have rolling flexible leases with a 3 month minimum term that also require a 3 month minimum notice. Need to break your lease? We’ll work with you to market your room on our platform as fast as possible.
