How We Work

Here at SplitSpot, we are committed to paying you full market price for your multi-bedroom unit. Most of the time, we price your apartment at what you already listed it for. 

The first step in our relationship is signing a lease with you for your apartment. Then, we take care of everything else. From finding and vetting each tenant to handling all turnover of tenants to managing any maintenance requests that come up, this all becomes our responsibility once we sign the lease. 

We assume all vacancy risk, so you don’t have to. This means that you get your rent check every month, whether or not your property is filled.
