Considering a Move to Brighton? Let Us Help!
Located along the Green B and C lines, Brighton is a quiet neighborhood made with a unique mix of treelined one-way streets snuggled between major Downtown-bound arteries.
Unlike some Boston Area neighborhoods, Brighton makes it extremely easy for you to get out of the city fast without hitting any traffic. Almost the entire neighborhood is less than 10 minutes away from any MBTA stop with easy access to well-known institutions like Boston University, Boston College, and Emanuel College.
Brighton Music Hall put the neighborhood on the map by hosting some of the biggest names in Rock n' Roll history. Name any big artist from back in the day. They've probably played there. Nowadays, they host a lot of smaller bands, but always fill the 400+ venue with amazing talent.
Brighton borders Allston in an often confusing matter with a ton of shared characteristics. Often for this reason, people just call the area Allston-Brighton to save the headache. In Allston, there's a ton of amazing restaurants and bars, but not quite the quality apartments. More development is likely on the way, with Harvard’s expansion of its engineering campus further into Allston.
